Resolution seems to be either remove HyperV, or preventing its hypervisor from starting with the command:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off, followed by a reboot.

If you encounter the following issue, that is preventing you from deploying the machines :

Valid ranges can be modified in the /etc/vbox/networks.conf file. For
more information including valid format see:

- On Linux and MacOS, you need to modify, as root, the `/etc/vbox/networks.conf` file (you can find more explaination in the above link) by adding :
