[AZURE] fix SSO implementation #159

Hi,

I fix some errors in SSO implementation:

In some place, add => aad
Add anonymization for aad-server-app-secret
rancher need to be clusterAdmin otherwise rancher can't be establishing the connection with the cluster when SSO is enabled
