Adjustment for painting multi-row horisontal taskbar that is fully populated in all rows #874

Without this adjustment, small horisontal black lines appear at the end of taskbar buttons area in case of multi-row horisontal taskbar that is fully populated in all rows

…etection due to a potential issue with CreateWindowExW hooking.
…ttons and vertical white lines near Start Button.
…l Taskbar in bright mode when "Classic Taskbar 3D buttons Lite" mod is used for button rendering.
…the hooked application in case only mod's internal functionality is affected. Probably not needed, but seems to be a good practice.

Not sure why Github says there are conflicts. In any case, you can just use the version of code I pushed.
