The compile.sh script has been tested on Mac and Linux, but not in Windows.
We need a person with access to a computer running Windows to clone the project, execute compile.sh, and let us know if everything's working.

I do a lot of analyses on a Windows machine, but I also don't have experience compiling C code in Windows... And, can't install bash for Windows on my machine.
If you think it still is worth trying (and can provide some guidance), I'm happy to try and help with this.
