• long press to copy/share an ayah with translation(s) while viewing translation mode
• search now works across all installed translations
• easily get to "more translations" from the translations spinner
• dual pages in landscape option now available on phones
• fixed removing headphones not pausing audio

this also marks v1.0.8 of naskh, qaloon, and warsh (this is the first official release of warsh).
