Quran for Android 2.7.4-p1

this release fixes a few major issues:

• fix the play button, as it wasn't working
• fix translations not showing up if any one database is corrupt or broken
• fix repeated translations in certain cases in the inline translation view

note that this also marks the release of v1.0.7-p1 for Naskh and Qaloon.
