crash fixes from v2.7.3

  • a crash in landscape when the person clicked before coordinate data was loaded (or if the ayahinfo database wasn't available).
  • a crash on 4.0.x devices due to a strange proguard issue
  • some minor crash fixes for some crashes that happened once or twice

note that this also marks the release of v1.0.6 for Naskh and Qaloon.
