Unofficial mesa build with turned on gpu-acceleration for devuan-armhf

As mesa developer reply to me at link
gpu-acceleration for mali-t604 could be enabled
but since it unsupported no one will fix any bugs.
So i did recompile mesa with patch in regular debian-way and try it.
Playing video with mpv or ffplay do not eat whole cpu now.
