Summary
The base code library has been updated to include the latest codes and now includes all codes up to n=9. Added support for code library files to be gzipped to reduce space.
This is database is the work of Andrew Cross, Drew Vandeth and Ted Yoder from IBM. A paper discussing this database, how it was created and some results that come from it will be released shortly.
