This PR:

  • Adds new results for qiskit v0.45.0
  • Adds new results for qiskit-terra v0.25.3 and replaces minor version results in Metriq.info through API (Closes Replacing results in metriq throws HttpClientError #39)
  • Updates logic to use qiskit vs qiskit-terra package (above v0.25 -> use qiskit) + code refactor
  • Bumps Python version from 3.8 to 3.11 (Fixes typing_extension bug on qiskit imports)
  • Removes sample size and std err from Metriq result item (still not supported - open new issue to track this)
  • Fix automated pull request github action : see automated PR created on forked repo
