BETA version aims to fix problem raised by reuse of variables as index

it also expand the functionanlity of previous versions:

1. UQ attribute now bounded also with expression not only with Symbols

2. fix the UQ propagation rules

3. updating for assiging function is now implemented

4. UQ in Do loop is now being considered.
