This repository contains R scripts for producing precipitation and hydrologic forecasts to support decision-making systems. The scripts handle: -downloading NWP forecasts -processing and bias-correcting forecasts -generating statistically-based forecasts -blending togeher multiple forecast products -forecast evaluation -real-time discemination and report/alert generation
