I've taken the opportunity of setting up the FR translation to en/intro-to-linked-data in order to renumber the images into sequential order, and update them to meet our image naming convention.

I am also updating the figure captions to capitalise them in EN, and add the Figure Number in all three languages.

Closes #3464
