Price to float and improved examples

I did a lot of comments in HTML examples pages to make things easy for everyone.
We also implement priceToFloat function, fix some JSON files including the licence description.

We updated Jquery Price format to work not only with input, but with any HTML element.
Thats a thing that a lot of users were asking for a long time. Here it is!
