At some point it seems like you guys had multiple primary key support and then someone pulled it out. Any chance to get this put back in? I can create a pull request if required although it should be pretty similar to what was proposed here: oysteinkrog#160 |

At first I was against composite PKs, but after reviewing the changes needed - I guess we could do them. |
