+### SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

+This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and wl-std.com for the use of WL_Music ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

+#### 1. Grant of License
+wl-std.com grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
+
+#### 2. Restrictions on Use
+You may not:
+- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
+- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
+- Use the Software for any commercial purpose or any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
+- Copy or distribute the Software.
+
+#### 3. Ownership
+The Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of wl-std.com. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by wl-std.com.

+#### 4. Termination
+This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from wl-std.com if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software.

+#### 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
+The Software is provided "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." wl-std.com makes no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software.

+#### 6. Limitation of Liability
+In no event shall wl-std.com be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software.
