v.1.1.1 Py2-Py3

This is the last release which will include support for py2 and py3.

The only real change was building a universal wheel.

Any fixes/improvements which would also be desired to run against py27 will be considered case by case as backports -- we do not intend to support 2 & 3 ever again.
