What's new in this PR?

Allow the Nest Staking admin to set certain tokens as "featured"
Allow AggregateToken admin to add and remove ComponentTokens
Fix typo in UPGRADER_ROLE = keccak256("UPGRADER_ROLE")
Set all admin functions as external and remove them from the interfaces
