I didn't get as far as I wanted, but this is a good chunk of the way to rewriting the GridWorld.

Of course it doesn't run yet, but I added testcases (install
pytestwith pip and runpytestfrom insidesrc). If you have suggestions for other cases to add, more than welcome.
