Feature description

For example, in table 15, in columns "Risk Difference (%) (95% CI)", there is no total count in header inconsistent with total counts in arms on its left:

What we have now with risk_diff in split_cols_by_arm in utils.R is like:

This feature is blocked until enabled in rtables.
