Após ver as vídeo aulas e analisar o código, criei a seguinte lista para refatorar o código:
1- Passar o codigo das funções das sub-classes de Imoveis para Imovel.hpp
2- Transformar o numero "mágico" da taxa de corretagem em uma variável ou constante
3- Passar o acesso das variáveis da classe Cliente de publico para privado
4- Criar construtores para cada classe usada
5- Ajeitar o modo como o codigo está formatado
6- Remover trechos de codigos desnecessários
