LAMP MBES 5/22

This is the most recent LAMP code. Even though it is for the MBES configuration of LAMP, I believe it is the most applicable iteration for future experiments because it was found to be stable and repeatable. It also contains the variable leak valve functionality. For future configurations that don't include MBES, I think we can just add/subtract individual devices from the code here but a full re-write is not necessary.

LAMP Post Flow Cell

This was the working code used for x454 in10/21, after the Flow Cell Manipulator was added on.
