A bayesian model to infer a common and optimized chronology for several ice cores

This first release is the basis to infer a common and optimized chronology for several ice cores: it includes the background scenarios and correction functions for accu, LID and thinning, the observations for ice age, gas age, Delta-depth, ice age intervals and gas age intervals and the stratigraphic links in-between the ice cores.
