This should make all systems first upgrade to the latest 9.0.3 in a few steps. Would be great if somebody could review this and then put it live, we should get this going. @PVince81 @danimo @cmonteroluque

I don't think 9.0.3 is ready for all people. If someone has encryption enabled, the updater will break stuff, see owncloud/updater#352 and owncloud/updater#350

yeah, my mistake, this is handled somewhere internally I see. Will close and we'll wait for 9.0.4 then...
