Grapher has a prop
annotationhighlighting an entity for a particular year if given. This is currently used by sparklines in map tooltips, but nowhere else. I removed the feature from stacked area charts that also implemented this and renamedannotationtoentityYearHighlight– hopefully, that's a bit more intuitive.
