Description
This PR moves the main repo to a submodule.
Resolves #212
Requires opentofu/opentofu#890
Motivation and Context
As described in #212 the website setup currently doesn't allow for editing the website and directly previewing the changes. The change allows for directly previewing the changes as Docusaurus can pick them up immediately. This change requires opentofu/opentofu#890 to be merged too.
