@aymanhab FYI, for debugging CI failures you can manually delete dependency caches here: https://github.com/opensim-org/opensim-core/actions/caches. |

@nickbianco Considering that this built successfully I'll close this PR without merging, delete the cache for windows and rebuild main. Thanks for the pointer about caches 👍 |
