Updated table viewer

Updated table viewer: 28 of March 2023

v1.15.1

This is a minor release which includes updated UI:

• table viewer correctly display decimals according to model developer settings;
• table viewer displays all accumulators, including derived accumulators;
• multiple minor visual enchantments.

To use updated UI please do:

• download archived HTML files from any link below
• unpack it (unzip it)
• remove html directory from your latest openM++ version 1.15.0, 10 of March 2023, a.k.a. openmpp_20230310
• copy new html directory into your openM++ location
• important: open UI in browser and refresh it before the first use
