These changes were generated by running the following command on f47441b.

❯ python src/manage.py makemessages --all --ignore venv --ignore plugins
invalid locale en-us, did you mean en_US?
processing locale it
processing locale cy
invalid locale en_us, did you mean en_US?
processing locale nl
processing locale fr
processing locale es
processing locale de

This has resulted in 12000 lines of changes, which seems like too many.

Note also the error messages about invalid locales, "en-us" and "en_US". See #4157.
