[insteon] Fix motion sensor channels battery-level and light-level #18002

This change fixes a typo in the device types configuration for motion sensor.

This should be back ported since the motion sensor channels battery-level and light-level don't report any state in the OH 4.3 release.

Hope another @openhab/add-ons-maintainers can backport as I’m on the road and unable to backport now. We expect a 4.3.1 release very soon.
