With a lot of recent progress on RL from pixel, there is increasing interest in GPU render support.
While mujoco_py already supports headless rendering with egl, it requires some additional steps upon installation. Those steps should be included in the README, so users switching from state RL to pixel RL will know.
4 out of 5 researchers I know don't build with gpu extension and are using cpu rendering on headless machines, thinking they are already using GPU. This PR makes it clear how to check whether gpu extension is built in python and how to build it if not.
