Install BlendShell :
1 - Download the zip file
2 - Extract the zip file
3 - In Blender, go to Edit->Preferences->Addons
4 - Click Install and choose blendshell-xx.py file

The UI will appear in the 3D view in object mode.

Try it out on the sample model included in the zip file.
