…digits for aves * Neuro * Adding Cumbo defs and subsets. Addresses issue #320 * NTs for prosomere and mesomere, not clear if these will remain. See issue #318 * Added multiple NN xrefs * tagged homology with subsets * removed homology logical assertions for procoracoid and scapular spine based on review by Phenoscape AD/PM. Addresses issue #319 * merged future {corpus striatum, caudate nucleus} into the generic structure * NT: {left, right} crus of diaphragm * relabeled median umbilical ligament -> remnant of urachus * NTs for palpebral vein/arteries * Made groove a feature of a tissue (anatomical structure). Created separate class for groove qua line (not clear if this is useful). Addressses #314 * classified digestive tube junctions as anatomical junctions (material) rather than boundaries (immaterial). Fixes issue #314

I found one axiom does not look correct:
'epithelium of foregut-midgut junction' 'is part of' some 'foregut-midgut junction'
'epithelium of foregut-midgut junction' is a 'material anatomical entity'
'foregut-midgut junction' is an 'immaterial anatomical entity'
Based on definition of 'material anatomical entity' and 'immaterial anatomical entity', I think 'material anatomical entity' (has mass) cannot be part of 'immaterial anatomical entity' (has no mass).
Melissa provided some possible relations between material anatomical entities and immaterial anatomical entities:
material anatomical entities can be located_in immaterial things
immaterial anatomical entities can be part_of material things
immaterial anatomical entities can be surrounded_by material things
but
material anatomical entities cannot be part_of immaterial things
UBERON may need to check axioms that relates 'material anatomical entity' and 'immaterial anatomical entity'.
