I found one axiom does not look correct:
'epithelium of foregut-midgut junction' 'is part of' some 'foregut-midgut junction'

'epithelium of foregut-midgut junction' is a 'material anatomical entity'
'foregut-midgut junction' is an 'immaterial anatomical entity'

Based on definition of 'material anatomical entity' and 'immaterial anatomical entity', I think 'material anatomical entity' (has mass) cannot be part of 'immaterial anatomical entity' (has no mass).

Melissa provided some possible relations between material anatomical entities and immaterial anatomical entities:
material anatomical entities can be located_in immaterial things
immaterial anatomical entities can be part_of material things
immaterial anatomical entities can be surrounded_by material things
but
material anatomical entities cannot be part_of immaterial things

UBERON may need to check axioms that relates 'material anatomical entity' and 'immaterial anatomical entity'.
