[Imprv] add functionality vlan trunk support to module ntnx_vms

Describe the request

I want to be able to set multiple vlans on a nic on vm creation wit a trunked port.

Current behaviour

Only a native uplink is selected and port is always in access mode.

Expected behaviour

A way to set a nic in trunked mode and add a list of vlans to the trunk.
