In case of high update lag on some more unusual scenarios (like hooking custom WinAPI controls), the window may display its default background color for some tiny fraction of the moment - which is usually by default the bright white color (through it depends on Windows theme configuration). This has effect of flashing to end user, especially if paired with default clear color which is black.
This PR adds black background as default on Windows platform
