Any reason not to do what https://github.com/AztecProtocol/aztec-packages/edit/master/.github/workflows/redo-typo-pr.yml does where you can just add a label? It uses pull-request-target to be able access github token on external PRs with the label, so can make PR (we use aztecbot but it can just be github-actions-bot iirc)
