This PR updates the underlying template. It lifts linkML version to v1.8.5 and thereby drops support for pydantic 1.x. We don't take over the workflow file
test_pages_build.yaml workflowsince it does not work with contribution from forks. Moreover, I prefer to make a test-build of the docs available as downloadable artefact as in repo4cat which is less noisy (no notifications), cleans itself up and avoids possible interference with "production" gh-pages.The PR also changes the actions to use hash identifiers instead of version numbers.
