Snapshot of the source code written in Python, since it will be migrated and refactored in C#, mainly for performance (a compiler).

This release is the research work presented at the 2023 National Congress of the Mexican Society of Operations Research (English for XI CSMIO) in October of that year, including some additional features since the previous thesis release such as Path Relinking.
