Tutorial to set up this site:
- need to make a repo nerdsfornature.github.com so we can use nerdsfornature.or
- gh-pages branch works unless you want to alias another domain name (e.g. nerdsfornature.org)
- use Twitter Bootstrap for now
- will implement a static CMS soon (hopefully a node, hyde, or jekyll system)
