Just some initial build

I added some makefiles, and reformatted the source code so that it can build using ms-dos player, on Windows.

There is no overall 'make' but there is makefile scattered through the source. I'd imagine it should be self explanitory

For emulator users, I included a bootable 360kb diskette, and a vmdk file that is bootable.
