Transition this repository to the new project's format and goals. This will be a monorepo for the @type scope on JSR and the @type2 organization on NPM. This will continue publishing to deno.land/x/typedefs. See #1 for more details on this transition. This milestone is for grouping all of the things needed to make that transition happen.
