various fixes + improvements for H01 and MICrONS:

- default to "minnie65_public" for "cortex65"
- fetch_neurons: allow explicitly setting materialization version
- if `materialization="auto"` (default) try finding mat matching roots
- make _get_somas work for H01 dataset
- fix a bunch of docstrings
