The DRR Template was recently incorporated into QCkit. Update the template to make sure the template and documentation are in accord, update the example data package, re-write variable names to be in consistent snake_case, and consolidate code chunks where appropriate.

Re-examine how the DRR will handle redundant column names across files, missing data of various types, and data that are not flagged using the A/AE/R/P system.
