Remove pinned version from dbt-meshify link (dbt-labs#4530)

## What are you changing in this pull request and why?

At time of making this change, version 0.5 is latest, but the link I
changed here is pinned to 0.1

By removing the version, the browser should auto-redirect the user to
the latest one
