i've noticed that https://pypistats.org/packages/narwhals is wrong about the project's dependencies
let's see if aligning the pyproject.toml file closer to https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/writing-pyproject-toml and specifying
dependencies=[]helps?What type of PR is this? (check all applicable)
