Many things changed with API 1.7, so lots of work needs to be done. Unsure if I'll ever finish this

Add new official, repo and user apps objects + methods to fetch and decode them
Show full content details for new apps and rework Links section
Rework installation
Rework content search
Remove deprecated settings and add new ones
Rework widgets
