Here we go! 1.0!

First mvsdk release:

• Supports 1.02, 1.03 and 1.04
• Works with jk2mp.exe (original 1.02, 1.03 and 1.04 engines), all macOS versions, all jk2mv versions
• Multiarchitecture: 32 and 64 bit support on all platforms
• Fixes for all known security bugs
• Tons of other fixes and improvements
• All of this while maintaining basejk gameplay, nothing has been or will be changed in that regard.
