[material-next][Select] Copy Select files from v5

Part of #38972, #29345

This PR copies the files related to the Select component from the material package to the material-next package with minimal modification (e.g. import paths, just enough to pass CI) so it's easier to see the diffs of the following-up #38972 PRs.

There are some imports left from the material package that will be updated later:

• Input-related components being worked on [TextField][material-next] Add v7 TextField component #38374
• Menu-related components being worked on [Menu][material-next] Use useMenu hook #38934
• Native Select component, no need to move this one yet
