Steps:

1. Run npm i @mui/material@latest @mui/icons-material@latest

Current behavior

Version 5.16.11 is installed, not 6.2.0

Expected behavior

I expect the latest semantic version to be installed (6.2.0)

Context

I'm trying to use dependency managers like syncpack to update my packages, but they all think 5.16.0 is the latest version.
