chore(docs): update available backends

Description

This pull request includes updates to the docs/content/docs/reference/compatibility-table.md file to expand the compatibility table with additional backends and models, and to improve clarity regarding compatible models and associated repositories.

Updates to compatibility table:

• Clarified that the table lists all backends, compatible models families, and associated repositories.
• Updated the list of compatible models for llama.cpp and added an entry for llama.cpp's ggml model to ensure backward compatibility with the old format.
• Added new entries for mamba, openvoice, parler-tts, rerankers, bark-cpp, stablediffusion-cpp, and silero-vad to the compatibility table.
